We are advising a complex, international organisation on the appointment of an Interim General Counsel. This will be for a period of 6 months and the successful candidate will be supporting a period of strategic growth and organisational transformation.
- Interim Board‑level legal leadership role with enterprise‑wide remit
- Oversight of governance, legal risk and regulatory matters
- Leadership of a global in‑house legal function, including team and operating model
- Significant senior in‑house leadership experience, including proven experience operating at Executive Committee and Board level
