A global pharmaceutical business is seeking an experienced regulatory lawyer to step into a critical interim role supporting its France and Benelux operations. If the interim assignment is a success, there is the intention to make this a permanent position. This is a time-sensitive mandate.
The team has lost key headcount and needs a senior operator who can start on relatively short notice, but they would be happy to wait 4 weeks if necessary.
The role:
- Lead regulatory legal support across France and Benelux
- Act as a trusted adviser to commercial and medical teams
- Support high-profile product activity and market access strategy
- Promotional and advertising compliance
- Disease-state and customer engagement frameworks
- Healthcare interactions, including telehealth and pharmacy channels
- Play a key role in upcoming European product launches
