A major pharmaceutical Legal Department is looking for a senior lawyer to support a busy Business Development pipeline for the next 6-12 months.

You'll be working across in-licensing and out-licensing, collaboration and co-development agreements, and M&A — partnering directly with BD, R&D, and commercial teams in one of the world's leading biopharma businesses.

You'll need:

  • Minimum 8–12 years PQE in life sciences transactions
  • Strong IP and licensing fundamentals — milestones, royalties, field-of-use structures
  • A mix of law firm and in-house experience
  • The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Location: London (hybrid) | Day rate | Duration: 6–12 months+
