A leading fintech lender is seeking an interim lawyer to join its legal team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This role will focus on supporting a broad range of structured finance and securitisation matters, working closely with stakeholders across the business and reporting directly into a senior member of the legal team.
Providing day-to-day legal support to funding and capital markets teams.
Qualified lawyer with experience in securitisation, structured finance, ABS and/or warehouse financing.
Prior in-house or financial services experience beneficial but not essential.
