An elite international law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer (circa 6-8 PQE) to join its market-leading Private Equity team on a high-profile fund liquidation project.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys project management as much as legal analysis. The role will focus on overseeing a complex funds liquidation workstream, managing due diligence processes and coordinating a team of supporting paralegals to ensure efficient delivery.
Key Requirements:
- 6-8 PQE qualified lawyer
- Strong transactional or corporate legal background
- Experience managing due diligence exercises and legal projects
- Ability to coordinate teams and drive workstreams forward
- Funds experience beneficial but not essential
