Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer (FinTech) – London (Hybrid) We are working with a high-growth fintech business looking to bring on a junior commercial lawyer (1–3 PQE) to support its fast-scaling legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a product-led, technology-driven environment , working closely with commercial, product, and sales teams on a broad range of day-to-day contracting matters. Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements , including: Advising on risk, liability provisions, and commercial positioning 2–5 PQE (or equivalent), trained at a recognised law firm or with relevant in-house experience ~ Strong grounding in commercial contracts , ideally with exposure to SaaS/MSA frameworks ~ Experience working with or advising technology or fintech businesses preferred ~ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work directly with non-legal teams
