We are partnering with a leading global financial markets and technology organisation to appoint a senior regulatory lawyer on an interim basis to cover a head of legal position. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of financial regulation, data, trading platforms and product innovation , working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, compliance and the business. Provide strategic regulatory advice across UK and EU financial services frameworks (e.g. market structure, trading, financial data regulation) Partner with product, commercial and compliance teams on new and evolving offerings Advise on regulatory perimeter, licensing and cross-border issues Support regulatory change initiatives , ensuring effective implementation across the business England & Wales qualified lawyer with 8+ PQE (flexible depending on experience) Strong background in financial services regulation (private practice and/or in-house) Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a commercial and solution-oriented mindset
