Key Responsibilities
- Providing pragmatic, risk-based employment law advice to HR, management and business stakeholders.
- Advising on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and whistleblowing issues.
- Supporting complex restructures, reorganisations and redundancy programmes.
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and advising on exits.
- Reviewing and updating employment policies, procedures and contractual documentation.
