You will support the Head of EMEA Employment Litigation on complex, high-stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will also take ownership of some eDiscovery work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys responsibility and pace, and who has experience in countries like Spain, Ireland or Germany. The role is London-based. Ideally three days per week in the office. Start date is ASAP - but happy to wait for the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

  • Running employment litigation matters across EMEA from instruction to appointing advocacy
  • Assessing risk and shaping defence strategy
  • Managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
  • Preparing witnesses and supporting trial preparation
  • Owning high-volume eDiscovery across the full case lifecycle
  • Working closely with HR, Legal, and wider business stakeholders
  • Keeping a tight grip on a busy employment litigation caseload
