Our client's customers are primarily advertisers. This role will focus on reviewing and negotiating redlines from our EMEA-based customers, including data processing agreements and GDPR-related terms.
Profile:
- UK-qualified solicitor required
- ~5 years of experience in commercial contracts (law firm training a plus)
- GDPR fundamentals required
- Advanced data privacy experience is a plus
- Familiarity with AdTech, digital advertising, or media industry agreements preferred
- Experience with EMEA counterparties and cross-border commercial terms preferred
Engagement Details:
- Duration: ~3 months, open to extend
- Hours: 40 hours/week
