Senior Legal Operations & Systems Coordinator | Permanent
A high-growth fintech is hiring a Legal Operations & Systems Coordinator to sit within its Legal function, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This is a technical, systems-first role — not a traditional legal ops hire — for someone who wants to own the platforms and automation that let a lean legal team operate at scale.
You'll be the hands-on administrator for the team's core stack: Vanta (GRC/compliance), Nomio (contract repository), Notion (knowledge hub) and Monday.com (workflow and task management). Beyond administration, you'll design the automation layer connecting them — building Slack-based intake for legal requests, AI-assisted triage and routing, and webhook/API connections that eliminate manual chasing between systems. You'll also build the dashboards that give the GC visibility into intake volumes, SLAs and risk trends.
What we're looking for:
A background in legal operations, technical project management or systems engineering, with hands-on experience administering GRC platforms (Vanta or similar) and contract repositories. You'll have built Slack workflows or app integrations before, structured complex documentation in Notion, and have practical experience with AI triage or productivity tooling. Familiarity with CLM, corporate governance or data privacy/infosec standards is a plus but not essential.
This suits someone who enjoys process design and workflow engineering as much as platform administration — you're building the operational engine of a legal function, not just maintaining it.
