Legal Counsel – Family Office Our client, based in Egypt, is seeking Legal Counsel to join their team. The position, newly created, is located in Cairo and focuses on the operations of the Family Office and the Family Office Principals. You will encompass a broad range of responsibilities tailored to the unique needs of the Family Office, requiring a blend of technical legal expertise and strategic alignment with business-centric objectives. The primary role will involve providing comprehensive legal advice on private client matters, including reputation management through proactive monitoring of public-facing communications, and mitigation strategies for potential risks. copyright protection, licensing agreements, and clearance of third-party content) Litigation advice.
