This role offers far more than traditional fund documentation review. Working closely with experienced investment professionals and senior leadership, you will play an integral role in evaluating, negotiating and executing investments across a diverse portfolio of private and public market strategies. You will have the opportunity to influence transaction outcomes, negotiate complex commercial arrangements and provide pragmatic legal advice on some of the most sophisticated fund investments in the market.
From day one, you will enjoy significant responsibility and visibility across the organisation and will be exposed not only to investment fund matters but also to a broad range of commercial, corporate, governance and strategic issues that arise within an international investment business.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Lawyer with approx. 2-5 years of experience gained in a leading law firm or sophisticated in-house environment.
- Experience negotiating and advising on fund documentation, side letters and related investment arrangements.
- Sound technical drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Motivated by working in a lean, high performing environment with direct exposure to investment decision makers.
