Description: Major, Lindsey & Africa is recruiting an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel on behalf of a leading global management consultancy. This is a broad, fast-paced in-house role with a strong commercial focus, providing interim support to the European legal team. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
Eligibility: Qualified lawyer with 8+ PQE and strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house and/or in private practice. Proven experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and a broad range of commercial agreements is required.
Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in Central London office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, engagement letters, and confidentiality agreements.
- Supporting corporate and commercial matters, including some M&A-related work.
- Advising internal stakeholders across the business on legal and commercial risks.
- Working directly with clients on contractual negotiations.
