Our client, a major client in the financial services space, is looking for an experienced legal consultant to assist on a new Fund Finance contract role. This will likely be a 3-4 month contract to begin with (high possibility to extend, we have several placed contractors in this team who often extended over a year after the initial short term placement). Mid-March 2026 start ideal (some flexibility on this).
Ideally, the candidate will be helping negotiate and document various credit facilities, including subscription-backed, NAV, hybrid, and co-investment facilities.
Flexible working is offered, one day in the office is encouraged for team rapport but fully remote working is also an option that can be considered.
