A fast-scaling, international technology company is looking for a senior employment lawyer to take full ownership of its EMEA employment function. This is a standalone role. You will act as the go-to employment counsel across multiple jurisdictions, working directly with senior leadership, HR, and business stakeholders.

The role:

  • Lead on all EMEA employment matters across a complex, multi-country footprint
  • Advise on day-to-day HR issues, senior exits, investigations, and disputes
  • Support rapid hiring and scaling across key European offices
  • Drive consistency in employment policies, contracts, and processes
  • Manage external counsel where needed, with a focus on efficiency and cost control
  • Partner closely with leadership on risk, strategy, and organisational change
