A fast-scaling, international technology company is looking for a senior employment lawyer to take full ownership of its EMEA employment function. This is a standalone role. You will act as the go-to employment counsel across multiple jurisdictions, working directly with senior leadership, HR, and business stakeholders.
The role:
- Lead on all EMEA employment matters across a complex, multi-country footprint
- Advise on day-to-day HR issues, senior exits, investigations, and disputes
- Support rapid hiring and scaling across key European offices
