The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our client is one of the world's leading investment managers. They have an urgent need for a qualified resource to assist with the delivery of a governance service to Fund Boards, providing support and advice to Directors on all aspects of corporate governance. This will be an initial 12 month contract with market leading remuneration.

An excellent candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the European private asset funds and alternatives industry, especially as it relates to fund governance and day-to-day investment lifecycle with a focus on Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit and Private Equity investments.

Some duties will include:

  • Assist with the oversight of delivery of a governance service to the Boards of affiliated legal entities
  • Provide clarity across the organisation on the delegation of authority framework of Fund Boards
  • Proactively manage the programme of Fund Board meetings
  • Steer informational flow from colleagues at all levels while maintaining alignment between Fund Boards and internal teams
  • Provide advice and support to external service providers on operational issues, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Advise on investment structures to meet internal board governance standards and protocols
  • Enforce observance of agreed standards and protocols on the incorporation of new legal entities through affiliates or external service providers
  • Assist on investment reviews and the orderly winding up of related issues
  • Assist on preparation and delivery of entity governance sessions
  • Assist with maintaining corporate information in Diligent Entities (must have requirement)
  • Support country-by-country scoping, due diligence and annual reporting under FATCA and CRS (training will be provided)
