We are looking for an experienced securitisation lawyer, ideally those with asset backed lending experience. The role will involve working on the structuring and execution of European warehouse lending transactions / private securitisations across the ABS (consumer; auto receivables) and residential (portfolio acquisitions; bridging loans; single family rental assets) business lines. This client-facing role will involve working with originators and syndication teams to help structure and execute transactions from initial underwriting stage through to exit of the risk position.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Advising on structure of transactions taking into account legal, regulatory, tax and other constraints
- Liaising with outside counsel to prepare transaction documentation
- Assisting in the execution of structured finance lending transactions
Hybrid working is offered; June 2025 is the expected start date.
