Reasonable hours. 9-6pm. These are for two interim opportunities, 6-12 months.
Key components of the role include:
- Advising members of the business on structuring, drafting and negotiating on asset finance documentation, including leasing, hire purchase, sale and leaseback, and refinancing transactions.
- Updating existing financing templates used by the business. Formulate policy docs and working with external counsel on transaction structures.
- Reviewing project finance documentation for participation in syndicated senior credit facilities
