The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We are working with a global Tech/ Media company who are in need of support to cover a maternity leave in the team. This will be a 12-month contract in the Commercial Legal team, due to start in early-mid May. Please read the requirements below before applying.
In this role, you will take on a range of commercial contracts (e.g. sponsorship agreements and content licensing), technology agreements, data protection matters and day-to-day business advisory work. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team and gain exposure to a real variety of commercial legal work.
Hybrid working is on offer for this role, with a requirement to be in their Central London office 3 days per week.
Requirements:
- 5-10PQE
- Available to start on short notice (within 2 weeks)
- Commercial contracts/ Technology experience
- Ideally private practice background with some in-house experience (including secondments)
