The predicted salary is between 80000 - 120000 £ per year.

Our client is looking for a junior derivatives lawyer or negotiator to assist with ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, guarantees and ancillary documentation with various types of funds including private equity/debt funds across multiple jurisdictions.

Key requirements include:

  • Excellent knowledge of ISDA master agreements, CSAs, guarantees, long form confirmations and ancillary documentation;
  • Familiarity with fund structures, and particularly private debt/equity funds, including LP Agreements and fund prospectuses;
  • Excellent drafting skills, and strong attention to detail whilst under pressure;
  • Ability to build strong relationships, effectively coordinate across stakeholders, and respond proactively to business needs;
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work independently and juggle fast changing priorities;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management;
