Job Description
Asset management lawyers with good IMA exposure and regulatory experience please get in touch about a brilliant new opportunity with a leading buy side client. August/September 2025 start.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the review and negotiation of agreements and legal documents with clients and business partners
- Advise on licensing and client regulatory issues across EMEA jurisdictions in coordination with Compliance.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
- Provide other legal support as needed from our team, including potentially general corporate work or ad hoc matters as assigned.
This will be a 6 month contract to begin with (likelihood of extension). 4 days in the office ideally but can be flexible for 3.
