Interim Equity Derivatives/Margin Loans Lawyer- £170k-£210k- Leading Financial Services Client (London Area)

We are working with a leading financial services client for a 12 month contract, June/July 2025 start. The incoming candidate ideally need experience in equity derivatives and margin loans.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of securities financing transactions and corporate equity derivative transactions
• Development and management of relationships with external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation for a range of equity derivative and structured financing products
• Driving execution and resolution of transactions and issues
