A market‑leading global technology business is seeking an experienced Interim Employment Counsel to join its high‑performing EMEA legal team.

The Role
You will act as a trusted adviser to the business, providing pragmatic, commercially focused employment law support across EMEA. The role is hands‑on and highly collaborative, with exposure to complex and strategic matters in a rapidly evolving environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a broad range of multi‑jurisdictional employment law matters across EMEA
- Supporting HR and leadership on employee relations issues, investigations, and organisational change
- Managing and coordinating employment disputes and litigation, including instructing external counsel
- Drafting and updating employment policies, contracts, and internal processes
- Providing strategic input on restructures, workforce planning, and compliance initiatives
- Partnering cross‑functionally to support global projects and business‑critical initiatives
The Candidate
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with strong employment law experience
- Proven experience advising on EMEA or multi‑jurisdictional matters
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, technology or high‑growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate legal risk into commercial solutions
