Interim Employment Litigation Lawyer – Global Tech & Entertainment Company (Contract)
A leading global technology and entertainment platform is looking to hire an experienced Employment Lawyer to support its EMEA Employment Litigation function. This is a high‑impact role managing complex disputes and high‑volume eDiscovery matters across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will directly support the Head of EMEA Employment Litigation with management of cases across EMEA and managing high volume eDiscovery matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end employment disputes, including risk assessment, strategy, witness prep, case management and trial preparation.
- Lead complex, large‑scale eDiscovery matters throughout the full case lifecycle.
- Oversee and coordinate external counsel to ensure high‑quality representation.
- Work cross‑functionally with global legal and business teams to support the broader EMEA litigation portfolio.
Requirements
- Qualified employment lawyer.
- Strong employment litigation experience from a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
- Proven experience taking matters through trial.
Preferred Experience
- Managing employment litigation across multiple EU jurisdictions (particularly Spain and Ireland).
- Experience handling complex employment litigation matters through all stages of litigation, including trial.
- Effective oversight and coordination of outside counsel.
- Strong communication and exceptional legal writing skills.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and strong collaboration skills within global teams.
