A leading international organisation is seeking an interim Corporate Legal Associate to support its in-house legal team on a 6-month contract (likelihood for longer term potential post contract). This role will focus primarily on M&A and venture capital transactions, alongside broader corporate advisory work across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting on M&A and investment transactions (including venture/growth-stage activity)
  • Assisting with due diligence, transaction execution, and corporate structuring
  • Providing commercial and corporate legal support to internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 PQE from a recognised corporate/M&A practice
  • Strong grounding in transactional work (M&A essential; VC exposure advantageous)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, in-house environment
