A leading investment management business is looking to hire a commercial contract counsel for a 6-month contract.
This is an ASAP need due to an increase of workload within the team. The role will report to the Head of Commercial Contracts and will join a lean team of lawyers working on a variety of corporate and commercial matters – mostly commercial though.
The client is looking to hire UK qualified junior to mid-level Solicitor with a background covering all things commercial contracts related. Work is quite broad and mixed – all things corporate / commercial based, commercial contracts, NDA’s etc. Open to candidates that have a corporate / commercial background as they have had success with these types of contracts hires in the past. They are a service receiver, so all of the contracts are those of the third parties – so no initial drafting being required. More redlining and escalating on commercial matters.
