Due to a current need within the legal team, they're looking to appoint an Interim UK Regional Counsel to support their UK and European operations.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll: Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including Saa S, licensing, supplier and sales contracts.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance and the wider business on day-to-day legal matters.
Support corporate governance, company secretarial and regional compliance activities.
Work closely with legal colleagues across Europe and the US in a highly collaborative environment.
Help drive efficiencies across contracting processes, templates and legal operations as the business continues to scale.
