We are supporting a leading global investment platform on an interim hire within its commercial legal team. This role sits within a centralised function supporting a large, pan-European business.

The Role: You will join a high-performing legal team focused on the efficient delivery of commercial contracts across the business. The work is fast-paced and volume-driven, with a strong emphasis on consistency and turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and redlining contracts against established precedents
  • Turning around high volumes of engagement letters
  • Adapting standard templates with minimal amendments
  • Supporting on a range of commercial agreements (e.g. broker agreements, MSAs, variations)
  • Managing workflows independently with minimal supervision
About You:
  • UK or common law qualified lawyer
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Able to operate autonomously and deliver at pace
