Our client's customers are primarily advertisers. This role will focus on reviewing and negotiating redlines from our EMEA-based customers, including data processing agreements and GDPR-related terms.
UK-qualified solicitor required with approximately 5 years of experience in commercial contracts (law firm training a plus). Advanced data privacy experience is a plus.
Familiarity with AdTech, digital advertising, or media industry agreements preferred. Experience with EMEA counterparties and cross-border commercial terms preferred.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Location: Remote-first; office 1-2 days/week is helpful, particularly during onboarding.
