Interim Legal Associate (M&A & Venture Capital)
We are seeking an Interim Legal Associate to support our legal team on a temporary basis, with a primary focus on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital transactions, alongside general corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents for M&A and VC investments.
- Supporting due diligence processes and transaction execution.
- Advising on corporate governance and corporate structuring matters.
- Assisting with commercial contracts and other general corporate legal work.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.
Preferred Experience:
- Qualified lawyer with 2-6 PQE.
- Strong experience in private M&A, venture capital, private equity, or corporate transactions.
- Experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Immediate start.
