A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters. Assist with the production and maintenance of a library, of appropriate policies and procedures to achieve compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements and monitor adherence to the procedures. Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor. Extensive experience in minute taking and ability to produce minutes in a technically challenging environment.
