Our client is a household name in social media, and is looking for mid-level lawyers to put together a project team to run a large regulatory project.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain a structured country-by-country legal issue list covering the full e-commerce lifecycle Synthesize advice received from local counsel in each jurisdiction, reconcile conflicting positions, and identify incremental risks not flagged by local counsel Flag gaps between baseline product/operational flows and local mandatory requirements, and propose concrete localization options to the business.
Map EU-level rules (DSA, GPSR, AI Act, CRD, UCPD, GDPR, e Privacy, P2B Regulation, geo-blocking rules, product compliance/CE marking frameworks) against Member State transposition, competent-authority guidance, and enforcement precedent.
Liaise with local counsel, internal teams, business stakeholders, etc.
Preferred skills/qualifications: Qualified in an EU jurisdiction, or in England and Wales.
