Our client is a well known global management consultancy, with 10 offices in Europe. They are urgently seeking a Commercial/Tech Lawyer to support their European operations for an initial six month contract.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 PQE, with a strong background in supporting the implementation of AI CLM systems - reviewing commercial contracts globally. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German or another EU language is a plus. Prior in-house or consulting experience is highly desirable.
