We are seeking a commercially minded lawyer (3–6 years PQE) with oil & gas / petrochemicals sector experience to join us on an immediate, short-term basis (2 months). This role will support business continuity during a period of increased demand and upcoming annual leave cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including:
- Distribution agreements
- Procurement contracts
- Marketing agreements
- Logistics agreements
About You:
- 3–6 years PQE with strong commercial legal experience
- Prior experience in oil & gas, energy, or petrochemicals sectors is essential
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to hit the ground running and manage competing priorities effectively
