We are seeking an experienced French-qualified lawyer to support a business through a significant period of organisational change in France. The role will focus on advising on employee exits, resignations, employment-related matters and wider workforce change projects in France. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer in France with strong French employment law expertise.
  • Significant experience advising on employee departures, resignations, terminations and employment disputes.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders.
  • Based in London or able to travel regularly between the UK and France.

Contract: 6–12 months

Location: London with regular travel to France
