Paralegal / Junior Lawyer – Financial Services client
3-month initial contract that is likely to convert to permanent in October (subject to budget approval).
MLA is supporting a a global financial services platform backed by a major international industrial group, hiring into their UK legal team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, well-capitalised business with a strong reputation for developing junior talent and long-term career progression. The role:
- Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial and finance documentation
- Supporting on asset finance transactions (hire purchase, leasing)
- Exposure to lending and structured deals, including some niche areas
- Working closely with UK and European stakeholders on fast-moving transactions
The work is hands-on, commercially focused, and varied — from straightforward documentation through to more complex deal structuring.
