A global leader in travel technology is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join its Legal & Corporate Affairs team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal support, technology, and process improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Support the smooth operation of the legal department, focusing on the London office and the broader EMEA team.
- Manage collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Slack) and update web content (Drupal / Adobe Experience Manager).
- Triage, resourcing, task prioritization, identifies process issues, and finds solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the Legal department.
- Coordinate meetings, handle mail, and assist with internal communications and training for legal tech tools.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives, including leveraging AI.
- Track and report metrics to measure success.
What we’re looking for:
- ~3 years’ experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or similar environment.
