Interim Structured Finance Lawyer (12-Month Contract) London | Hybrid Working | September Start
A leading UK fintech lender is seeking an interim lawyer to join its Capital Markets Legal team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to gain exposure to a broad range of structured finance and funding transactions within a fast-paced, technology-driven lending business.
Supporting securitisation and asset-backed financing transactions.
Assisting with warehouse financing facilities and broader funding arrangements.
Advising on day-to-day legal issues arising from capital markets and funding activities.
Working closely with commercial, treasury and risk teams on strategic financing initiatives.
Qualified lawyer with experience in structured finance, securitisation, ABS, debt capital markets or broader financing transactions.
Training from a recognised law firm and/or relevant in-house financial services experience.
Keen to develop expertise within a high-growth fintech and alternative lending environment.
12-month contract commencing around September.
~ Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the London office).
