Head of Financial Services Regulation | London | 12-Month Maternity Cover @ Global Fintech
A leading global fintech is looking for a senior lawyer to step into the Head of Financial Services Regulation role on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave.
This sits within Group Legal — a team that supports some of the most technically sophisticated and commercially significant businesses in the market: electronic trading venues, derivatives platforms, benchmark administration, data reporting, pre- and post-trade services, research, and enterprise risk. There is also management responsibility for a small local team of high calibre advisory lawyers.
What they're looking for:
A qualified lawyer with a strong foundation at a top-tier firm — City or Magic Circle — combined with meaningful in-house experience in financial services, fintech, or a large corporate. You'll know your way around the FS regulatory landscape without needing to be walked through it, and you'll be comfortable operating at pace, at seniority, and across a genuinely complex product set.
