This is a great opportunity for someone with fixed income/structured products experience to join a leading investment bank as an execution lawyer.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Focusing on trade execution - everything from documents, approvals, finalisation of trade reporting, platform maintenance, programme updates, audits.
- Mentoring junior lawyers in the team and assisting with guidance.
- Assisting on new non-straight repeat trades, additional work on structured notes, warrants, repacks; most of the structured products experience is transferrable.
Ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5-7 PQE.
- Fixed Income experience ideal (ideally recent experience).
- Trade execution/documents experience is needed.
February 2026 start; 6 month contract to begin with (likely extensions after this). 4 days in the office is a preference for the incoming candidate.
