What We're Looking For
A qualified lawyer with direct private practice or in-house FS regulatory experience and deep technical knowledge across trading venues (MTF/OTF/SEF), transaction reporting (MiFIR/EMIR/Dodd-Frank) and benchmarks (UK/EU BMR). Must have led or managed a regulatory legal team across geographies, be comfortable advising at C-suite level and with regulators, and be able to translate complex regulatory analysis into clear commercial advice.
This is a contract role 9-12 months.
