The Business is a global consumer technology business with a significant international footprint across EMEA and APAC. The legal team operates in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, supporting a complex, multi-jurisdictional workforce.

The business is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer to provide additional capacity within the EMEA employment team. This is an initial 6-month contract, with flexibility on structure: 3 days per week across 6 months, or approximately 5 days per week. This could also go permanent if it is a good fit.

The role is designed to support day-to-day employment matters in the UK primarily, allowing the existing team to focus on strategic initiatives and larger transformation projects.
