The employment function sits at the centre of key business decisions, partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
The business is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer to provide additional capacity within the EMEA employment team. This is an initial 6-month contract, with flexibility on structure:
- 3 days per week across 6 months, or
- 5 days per week across c.4 months
There is a strong possibility of extension depending on business need. This could also go permanent if it’s a good fit.
The role is designed to support day-to-day employment matters in the UK primarily, allowing the existing team to focus on strategic initiatives and larger transformation projects.
