MLA is working with a PE-backed global technology business that helps leading manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and multinational organisations navigate complex regulatory, compliance and sustainability challenges through a market-leading data and software platform.
Due to a current need within the legal team, they're looking to appoint an Interim UK Regional Counsel to support their UK and European operations.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including Saa S, licensing, supplier and sales contracts.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance and the wider business on day-to-day legal matters.
- Support corporate governance, company secretarial and regional compliance activities.
- Work closely with legal colleagues across Europe and the US in a highly collaborative environment.
- Help drive efficiencies across contracting processes, templates and legal operations as the business continues to scale.
What they're looking for
- England & Wales qualified lawyer
- Around 2-5 years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Prior in-house experience preferred
- Exposure to Saa S, technology, information services or subscription-based businesses would be highly advantageous.
- Pragmatic, commercially minded and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote within the UK
- Minimal travel (c.10%)
- Immediate start preferred
