We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Legal Counsel on an interim basis to support a buy side financial services client.
We’re particularly interested in lawyers with strong experience across Prime Brokerage and/or Clearing & Futures , ideally gained within an investment bank, broker-dealer, market infrastructure business or leading financial institutions practice.
Relevant experience may include:
- Futures and derivatives clearing
- Client clearing documentation and negotiations
- Trading and markets documentation
- Supporting institutional client relationships
- Advising trading, sales, operations and risk stakeholders
- Broader legal and regulatory issues affecting cleared and financing products
