Property Consultant (Renewable Energy)
We are looking for an experienced property professional to support a law firm advising a new client exploring Solar PV opportunities in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide property and land-related advice for Solar PV projects.
- Support land due diligence and title review.
- Advise on leases, options, easements, and other land rights.
- Assist with landowner engagement and negotiations.
- Identify and assess property-related risks and constraints.
Experience Required
- Proven UK property/land experience.
- Renewable energy experience, ideally Solar PV.
- Understanding of land agreements and development processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial skills.
Engagement
- Flexible consultancy/contract basis.
- Project-based support as opportunities arise.
- Immediate availability preferred.
