Contracts Manager – EMEA | Data Centres | 12-Month Contract (£90k-£110k) London or Amsterdam

12-month contract (strong potential to extend / convert to permanent) ⏱️ Immediate start

We're looking for a senior Contract Manager to join the EMEA Contract Management team on an initial 12-month contract, reporting directly to the EMEA/APAC Head of Contract Management. This is a newly established function in Europe, and you'll be joining at a formative stage — helping shape process, build trust with Legal, and support a growing, globally distributed team.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can operate as a right hand to the EMEA/APAC lead — equally comfortable with high-level strategic input and day-to-day operational delivery. You'll manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle across a genuinely complex landscape shaped by multiple recent acquisitions across Europe, where consistent structure and automation are still being built out.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the review and execution of agreements including MSAs, Service Orders and amendments
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex or high-risk contractual issues
  • Drafting routine commercial agreements, template generation, and pre-approved special terms
  • Supporting novations, system uploads and CLM data accuracy
  • Acting as the go-to for contract hierarchy, template selection and CLM knowledge
  • Partnering closely with Legal, Sales and Finance to support deal execution
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the mentoring and onboarding of junior team members

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years' experience in contract management / legal operations, ideally in a global or multi-regional organization
  • Strong grasp of contract law principles and commercial agreements
  • Proven track record in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Confident, credible communicator who can manage senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with CLM platforms
  • A fast learner who is agile, humble, open to feedback, and a creative problem-solver — someone who can bring order to complexity without waiting to be told how

This is a great opportunity, but candidates should ideally be able to start within 2-4 weeks of applying to the role. There is one senior and one more junior role available.
