MLA is partnering with a fast-growing global technology company that provides digital workspace, desktop virtualisation and application delivery solutions to enterprise clients worldwide. The business is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a legal entity governance and remediation project across its EMEA entity portfolio. Reporting to a US-based Corporate Attorney, you will play a key role in reviewing corporate records, identifying and resolving documentation gaps, updating governance systems, coordinating with external advisors, and supporting ongoing compliance and entity management activities.

Key requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of paralegal experience
  • Strong corporate governance and legal entity management experience
  • Familiarity with European corporate records, filings, resolutions and compliance processes
  • Experience supporting entities in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands or Bulgaria
  • Ability to work independently and manage records remediation projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Immediately available
