Major, Lindsey and Africa are working with a leading, US-headquartered Technology company looking to recruit an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for the next 6 months. This will be a largely autonomous role, well-suited to someone with a few years experience of Governance work who is used to working with boards and other stakeholders. The workload will be broad, assisting through the whole governance lifecycle with entity data recording and filings, collating relevant documentation and providing supplementary support to the wider business to resolve inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Based in the UK.
  • 3+ years' experience in corporate governance matters, with the ability to manage governance processes and stakeholder interactions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, board support, and company secretarial activities.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
